Friendship?

The thing about eating disorders is that initially it doesn't even feel like anything is wrong, people actually compliment them for losing weight and slowly the victim of such a disorder feels as though what they are doing to their self is right. The eating disorder becomes more or less their best friend.

Eating disorders have been on the rise of the late, because of the near perfect image today's youth have been bombarded with through the media.

With this in mind here is a half finished picture, and I could really use some advice in order to make it better.
